A Very Noir Christmas

And war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought with the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

—Book of Revelation 12:7-9 (NKJV)

Silent night, violent night.

All is stormy and dark.

While the blind sheep forsake the whores and the motherless children (for visions of sugar-plums dancing in their empty little heads), the fallen ones conspire and wait.

For even angels cast shadows—especially the broken ones, the burnt ones, the ones with tattered wings.

So sleep, sleep, sleep in heavenly peace, little sheep.

The Fallen are counting on your ignorance, they will take comfort in your bliss.

For there is soon another great war coming, and this time they will not accept defeat.
